Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and provide consulting, design, and recommend suitable solutions to partners and customers. 

  • Present solutions and highlight the benefits and value of the solutions to customers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and related parties to deliver solutions effectively. 

  • Maintain technical knowledge across relevant technologies, particularly in security. 

  • Support customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes. 

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (background in IT or technology is a plus)

  • 1-3 years experience in Presales, Sales Engineer in IT business.

  • Able to communicate in Thai and English very well

  • Good communication skills & excellent presentation skills

  • Dynamic, initiative, service-mind and result-oriented

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with related teams.
